Ordering Information
We do not currently support online sales, however it may be possible to order our work by communicating with us via email.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS. Cost of shipping and handling starts at $3 for most items, but can cost more if the items are especially fragile or if multiple items are purchased. USPS packages usually arrive within 2-4 days of shipping and provide a delivery confirmation number.

Returns are accepted for exchange or credit towards future purchases only IF the item is in its original and unused condition.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we pay for the extra shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Before returning items, please contact us for Return Authorization.

Include in your email, the name and address on the order, contact information (either email or phone number), the reason why you want to return the merchandise, and how you would like us to correct the problem.
Warranty Information
We provide a limited 1-year warranty on all jewelry components, excluding our glass work, which has no warranty because of the difficulty in matching and/or replacing handmade glass pieces. We will decide whether to repair or replace the item in question at our discression. To make a warranty claim, please contact us for instructions.
Privacy Policy
We are concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have a number of security features in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure. We NEVER make our customer list available to any outside mailers or e-mailers.
